Two new OverView LCD models from Barco bolster videowall lineup

The 55-in, 500-nit LCD displays build on the OverView range and feature automatic colour and brightness calibration and noiseless operation.
Barco’s OverView LCD video walls complement the Barco UniSee platform. The new generations of OverView video walls have advancements in seam width reduction and uniformity. The narrow bezel (Extreme Narrow Bezel 1.8 mm generation for LVD, Ultra Narrow Bezel 3.5 mm generation for KVD) makes sure that the inter-modular seams are minimised for a smooth visual experience. Barco’s Sense X algorithm – an automatic and continuous calibration system − delivers a perfectly balanced image, consistent across the entire wall.
The Barco OverView LCD portfolio is designed to meet the needs of mission critical applications such as control rooms, television studios and corporate boardrooms. The absence of cooling fans minimises noise and eliminates moving parts.
OverView LVD-5521D and OverView KVD-5521D use Video wall Manager software for installation and control of videowalls. The integration of DisplayPort v1.2 makes it possible to feed four displays in loop-through with 4K@60Hz content.
Both products are ecolabeled with a Barco ecoscore A. Compared to the previous model, the KVD-5521D consumes 20% less energy.
